Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling guidance and product recommendations to customers of diverse nationalities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays within the store
- Participate in in-store and online training programmes to develop selling and product expertise
