Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to client acquisition and retention targets established by the Store Manager, proposing in-store strategies to build and develop the customer base
- Achieve individual sales objectives while managing key client relationships and implementing strategic initiatives from headquarters
- Train and support team members in clienteling tools and CRM systems, ensuring data quality and consistent application across the store
- Coordinate customer follow-up and post-purchase engagement activities, delivering personalized service and building lasting relationships
- Develop deep product knowledge across seasonal collections and recommend curated total looks with strategic cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Actively listen to customer needs to identify preferences and create tailored, long-term relationships
- Facilitate premium in-store appointments and experiences, maintaining brand-standard service delivery aligned with corporate guidelines
- Collect and communicate team feedback to the Store Manager to optimize operational execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar clienteling and customer experience focused retail role, preferably in luxury or premium segments
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational ability with proactive, autonomous work style
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and versatility
