Max Mara is seeking a full-time Cashier for its flagship store in Milan. The role covers cash-register operations, client assistance, Tax Free procedures, cash administration and customer-service calls; gross annual salary starts at €25,000, under the DMO (Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata), Commercio (FederDistribuzione) collective agreement, with the specific amount based on skills, experience, qualifications and gender-neutral internal equity criteria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the cash register; process payments and Tax Free procedures.
- Welcome and assist clients in the boutique and by telephone with payment methods and Tax Free procedures.
- Collect and accurately enter client data into the management system in compliance with GDPR.
- Handle complaints and invoice requests.
- Manage cash administration, including bank deposits, liaison with headquarters, and monitoring sales of specific products.
- Handle calls related to customer service, including those concerning couriers and transfers.

- Previous experience in a cashier role.
- Fluent English.
