Max Mara seeks Warehouse Manager in Florence for fixed-term full-time role managing distribution operations and inventory for luxury fashion retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of inventory management procedures
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage standards
- Manage customer service activities and ensure they are executed correctly
- Train and develop one or more department backup personnel to ensure role coverage and operational continuity
- Support store-level activities through efficient warehouse coordination
- Drive business results through optimized distribution operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a warehouse management or similar distribution role
