Max Mara seeks a proactive Warehouse Associate for its Venice facility to manage storage operations, maintain product quality, and support store fulfillment activities. The role reports to warehouse leadership and requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, fluency in English, and availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays. This is a fixed-term full-time position (6–12 months) offering professional development and retail employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment within established timelines and procedures
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product preservation standards
- Ensure accuracy in stock management and inventory control processes
- Provide operational support to retail locations to facilitate business objectives
- Train and develop backup team members to ensure departmental continuity and role coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of documented warehouse or logistics experience
- Fluency in English (required)
- Demonstrated proactivity and operational discipline
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort with shift work, weekend availability, and holiday schedules
