Max Mara seeks a part-time Warehouse Associate in Rome for weekend and shift work, offering employee benefits and contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse management operations are executed according to established timelines and procedures to support store activities and achieve business objectives
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product handling standards to preserve inventory quality
- Ensure customer service activities are executed correctly to support store operations
- Develop and train one or more department backup personnel to ensure role continuity and coverage
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Demonstrated proactivity and energy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
- Capability to train and mentor team members
- Digital literacy and comfort with warehouse management systems considered a plus
