Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a motivated and energetic Warehouse Associate for its Milan retail location. The successful candidate will manage merchandise flows with precision and timeliness, directly supporting business performance and customer experience. Reporting to the store operations team, this role involves order fulfillment, picking, stock replenishment, and inventory management across a dynamic fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise flows with precision and timeliness
- Execute online order picking and fulfillment using company digital systems
- Replenish store displays and maintain accurate inventory levels across departments
- Handle manual stock movements and physical goods with care and efficiency
- Support the sales team with stock availability information and merchandise placement
- Collaborate with store management on inventory optimization and space utilization
- Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas according to company standards
Qualifications
- Proven warehouse or stockroom experience in fashion retail, fast-moving consumer goods, or logistics sectors
- Proficiency with personal computers, email systems, and warehouse management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Physical capacity to handle manual stock movements and work extended periods on the sales floor
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled
Skills
Experience
Prior experience as a warehouse associate, stockroom operator, or runner in structured and dynamic environments such as fashion retail, fast-moving consumer goods distribution, or logistics operations. Familiarity with digital systems for order management and merchandise tracking is essential.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; additional training in warehouse operations or retail logistics is advantageous.
