Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate Go to Market execution of assigned collection projects in compliance with objectives, performance metrics, timelines, and costs
- Oversee coordination of internal functions including style offices, designers, technicians, visual procurement, and external suppliers
- Collect and monitor market satisfaction data and manage flow of technical and stylistic information for project declinations
- Align with marketing department representatives on seasonal marketing plans and project objectives
- Define and manage the GTM process from planning kick-off through commercial subscriptions to market go-live
- Develop concept presentations and organize information sessions for commercial teams and department store partners
- Define timing for commercial subscriptions and communicate project information based on client needs
- Prioritize design department deliverables through shared analysis with the team
- Provide technical and image-focused support to clients during project development and participate in client meetings as needed
- Collaborate with visual procurement office on production, sample management, and logistics
- Participate in creation of Visual Merchandising Guidelines
- Actively participate in installations, gather commercial and satisfaction feedback, and conduct competitive market research
- Promote adoption of digital technologies for process management and stakeholder communication
- Champion sustainable development practices across environment, business processes, and organizational community
- Drive continuous learning and innovation through proactive, collaborative, and digital initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 months of project management experience, including internships
- Strong interest in the fashion and design industry
- Outstanding organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in English
