Role & Responsibilities
- Acquire and implement strategic decisions from General Management in the omnichannel area, including approved budgets and VIC roadmaps
- Analyze performance metrics qualitatively and quantitatively to inform future strategic actions and brief management
- Define service models for VIC events in collaboration with Consumer Channel management, including necessary training protocols
- Design and create event templates for physical stores, digital platforms, and pop-ups, managing quality, methodology, costs, and vendor sourcing
- Plan and implement individual VIC initiatives according to approved roadmaps, maintaining timelines and resources while defining expected Key Results
- Coordinate production and operational delivery of VIC Events, activating specialized sales staff and managing the VIC customer experience
- Monitor initiative results through comprehensive KPI dashboards and control systems
- Execute omnichannel orchestration as defined by Brand strategy and implemented across all omnichannel players
- Implement Consumer Engagement roadmaps and priorities operationally in alignment with received strategies
- Share hiring and training best practices with foreign country VIC Cluster management
- Supervise hiring and training processes for in-store personnel dedicated to VIC services
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a VIC Specialist within the Fashion or Luxury goods industry
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (highly preferred)
- Natural ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with VIC clientele
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Detail-oriented approach with proactive and collaborative attitude
