Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all boutique activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Organize commercial space in accordance with headquarters directives and optimize product presentation to achieve sales targets
- Develop and retain clientele through personalized, high-quality service
- Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics (revenue, KPIs) and propose targeted actions to achieve assigned objectives
- Collaborate closely with headquarters departments (Retail, Visual Merchandising, Buying) to support boutique operations
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team whilst modeling company values and fostering a feedback-driven culture
- Promote company values to ensure excellence in customer service delivery
- Manage team organization, including scheduling, leave, training, development, conflict resolution, and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Strong management and leadership competencies
- Demonstrated interest in digital tools and emerging retail technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation with proactive, positive attitude
- Team player with effective human resources management capabilities
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is an asset
