Max Mara Fashion Group seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead its flagship Marina Rinaldi location in Milan. The role combines brand stewardship, sales optimization, and team leadership—overseeing daily operations, staff development, and customer experience while driving store performance against assigned KPIs and corporate retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales while adhering to corporate standards through strategic guidance, motivation, and development of floor staff
- Safeguard brand identity and ensure service excellence, prioritizing customer loyalty and retention across all interactions
- Monitor store performance through continuous KPI analysis at both individual and store level, aligning results with retail direction objectives
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team in accordance with company values, identifying talent potential and enabling fluid internal communication
- Organize shift scheduling and plan daily staff activities to optimize operational efficiency and task allocation
Qualifications
