Role & Responsibilities
- Guide, motivate, and develop floor staff in alignment with company values and brand identity
- Maximize sales performance through rigorous adherence to corporate retail standards and continuous KPI analysis
- Monitor individual and store-level performance metrics to achieve Retail Direction objectives
- Ensure exemplary customer service standards that reinforce brand positioning and foster client retention
