Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a Store Greeter for its Rome flagship store. Full-time position welcoming international clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet incoming clients with warmth, diligence, and attentiveness upon store entry
- Listen actively and communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of current collections to address client needs
- Identify and extend personalized recognition to loyal clientele
- Manage and optimize customer flow by directing clients to appropriate departments
- Coordinate with sales team through headset communication to notify of client arrivals and requirements
- Maintain adherence to daily scheduling and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Excellent command of English language (CEFR B2 level minimum)
- Prior experience in retail or direct customer service environments
- Proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Strong styling sensibility and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Digital literacy and comfort with technology platforms
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or prior retail/customer-facing experience required. Demonstrated capability in managing diverse international clientele and dynamic fast-paced retail environments is essential.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). Further studies in fashion, hospitality, or customer service management are advantageous but not mandatory.
