Role & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze internal customer requirements, conducting feasibility assessments and initial needs analysis
- Define functional and technical requirements through comprehensive business process mapping (AS-IS and TO-BE flows)
- Plan and schedule implementation activities, presenting solutions aligned with time and cost parameters
- Monitor development progress from both internal teams and external suppliers, developing components as required
