Max Mara Fashion Group seeks students or recent graduates with a strong passion for fashion to join as Showroom Assistants for the AI 2027 sales campaign. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the operational activities of the showroom to ensure the sales campaign succeeds both organizationally and commercially. This position offers direct exposure to the luxury fashion product lifecycle and customer engagement in a dynamic wholesale environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive client reception and relationship-building throughout the sales campaign
- Support the sales team with ongoing campaign activities and daily operational tasks
- Maintain appropriate levels of care and upkeep of the showroom environment
- Support the showroom team in achieving commercial objectives by providing operational assistance with sales management
- Assist the Showroom Manager and Coordinator in managing and planning the client agenda
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree qualification
- Strong customer-centric orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for the fashion industry
- Dynamic and proactive work approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1 level minimum)

Current student pursuing or recent graduate with a strong interest in fashion and wholesale/retail operations.
Education
Degree in progress or recently completed (any discipline, though fashion, business, or communications preferred).
