Max Mara Fashion Group Showroom Assistant internship in Milan starting November 2026—support sales campaigns and luxury fashion operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete guest reception and client services across all showroom operations
- Support sales staff throughout the sales campaign with operational assistance and coordination
- Maintain appropriate standards of showroom care, presentation, and organization
- Operationally support the showroom team in achieving commercial objectives and sales targets
- Assist Showroom Manager and Coordinator in managing and planning the client agenda
- Provide backstage support for model styling and fitting operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree
- Strong customer-facing orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and the luxury goods sector
- Dynamic and proactive work approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficient English language skills (B2/C1 level minimum)
