Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Marella Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's style ethos and service philosophy in all customer interactions
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and maintain sustained customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst contributing to store-wide performance objectives
- Conduct visual merchandising activities and maintain product displays in alignment with corporate guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Support inventory management, restocking, and merchandise rotation according to store protocols
- Lead in-store training initiatives for junior team members, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques
- Collaborate with the store management team on retail projects and strategic initiatives
- Ensure a welcoming, dynamic store environment through exemplary customer service and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector
- Strong interpersonal skills with natural warmth, courtesy, and approachability
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and manage customer expectations
- Passion for fashion, styling, and attention to aesthetic detail
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a valuable asset
- Proficiency with digital tools and retail management systems
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to undertake continuous professional development in product knowledge and in-store training methodologies
Skills
Experience
Mid-senior level; minimum 2–3 years of proven retail or fashion sales experience with evidence of consistent target achievement and customer engagement.
Education
Secondary education minimum; additional qualifications in fashion, styling, retail management, or customer service are advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Assago, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
