The Sales Operations Supervisor oversees customer sales processes and purchase orders against budget, profitability, product-selection and Brand standards. The role leads showroom campaign preparation, supports market and portfolio development, analyzes customer feedback and product trends, and develops the sales team’s skills. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales process for assigned customers against quantitative targets, including budget, turnover and profitability, and qualitative standards, including adherence to Brand instructions on product selection.
  • Supervise the management of products, showroom space design and preparation of showroom sales campaigns, including supporting customer appointment scheduling in line with Brand guidelines.
  • At Management’s request, plan sales campaigns and support budget definition to achieve quantitative and qualitative purchase-order objectives.
  • Support Sales Direction in developing the assigned market and channel, including customers and sales.
  • Verify customer purchase orders for quantity and quality, ensuring adherence to Brand instructions.
  • Assess assigned customers and define product assortments suited to their profile while maximizing company profitability.
  • Maintain regular contact with the network to analyze, manage and report customer complaints and product trends.
  • Keep knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects up to date.
  • Develop the sales team’s product, customer and sales-technique skills through appropriate online and offline training.
  • Develop the assigned market by identifying new business opportunities and growing the customer portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in showroom management.
  • Previous experience in a luxury environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
