Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a part-time Sales Consultant for its Marella boutique at Inno Woluwe in Brussels. The successful candidate will deliver customer service aligned with brand philosophy whilst achieving store objectives through individual and team effort, including clientele management, product knowledge, and complaint resolution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in accordance with brand philosophy, service, and quality standards
- Pursue store objectives assigned by the Store Manager and contribute to overall store performance both individually and as part of a team
- Manage clientele activities and develop client relationships
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized according to brand standards
- Maintain and update professional and technical product knowledge
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Act as an ambassador of customer-centric service logic within the store
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant retail or service sector experience
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated capacity to provide consistent and professional service
