Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to local and international customers with warmth and professionalism
- Drive individual and collective sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Execute the brand's Excellence Selling Ceremony, presenting merchandise with expertise and finesse
- Champion digital sales tools and support platforms on the selling floor
- Embody the Max Mara aesthetic through impeccable presentation, grooming standards, and brand comportment
- Communicate brand commitments and editorial campaigns to customers
- Prioritize client relationships and contribute to VIP client events
- Maintain and update the digital Client Book with precision and care
- Organize and maintain stock reserves according to established procedures

Qualifications
