Marella seeks part-time Sales Associate for Assago store (Milan). Fashion retail experience, customer focus, and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store, embodying Marella's service philosophy and style values
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized styling guidance and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Manage stock replenishment, merchandise rotation, and visual presentation according to brand and store guidelines
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and special promotional installations
- Maintain a welcoming store environment and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and operational excellence
