Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients according to brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony
  • Actively support achievement of personal and store sales goals through collaborative teamwork
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through dedicated clientele activities
  • Ensure the store is impeccably presented with merchandise properly displayed and organized
  • Stay current with product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications

  • Fluent English language skills
  • 1–3 years of retail experience; luxury or premium fashion sector experience preferred
