MAX&Co. Verona seeks a part-time Sales Assistant with fashion retail experience and English proficiency to drive boutique sales and customer engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and styling advice to boutique clientele across diverse nationalities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Participate in retail project management initiatives alongside the store team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product knowledge
- Support the seamless daily operations of the MAX&Co. Verona location
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of prior retail or fashion sales experience
- Fluency in English; German language proficiency is valued
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and attention to styling detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers from varied cultural backgrounds
- Openness to digital tools and omnichannel retail practices
