MAX&Co. seeks an enthusiastic Sales Assistant for its Turin Rinascente location. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and style clients with expertise in the brand's contemporary fashion collections. This part-time role offers in-store and digital training, alongside growth opportunities within the Max Mara Fashion Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling advice and comprehensive product knowledge to clients from diverse backgrounds
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, inventory checks, and merchandise presentation
- Collaborate on retail projects and maintain dynamic store operations
- Build lasting client relationships through empathetic engagement and follow-up
- Represent the brand with professionalism and adherence to visual merchandising standards
