The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, under an initial six-month fixed-term contract governed by the Federdistribuzione National Collective Labour Agreement, with 14 monthly payments. The successful candidate brings retail or customer-facing experience, engages customers empathetically, and contributes to sales and retail projects.
