MAX&Co. seeks an enthusiastic Sales Assistant for its Reggio Emilia store location. The successful candidate will join a dynamic retail team, engaging customers across multiple nationalities with empathy and product expertise whilst driving sales objectives. This part-time position offers comprehensive training in sales techniques and product knowledge, supported by a supportive fashion-focused work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance whilst maintaining customer focus and empathy in client interactions
- Execute styling consultations with attention to detail and brand aesthetics
- Develop and maintain product knowledge across the seasonal collection

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
