Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a Sales Assistant (6–12 months fixed-term) at its Pavia boutique. Fluent English, 3+ years retail experience, and passion for fashion required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and build client relationships with international customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs whilst maintaining service excellence
- Execute in-store merchandise presentation and maintain point-of-sale operations
- Participate in product knowledge training and brand immersion programs
- Support retail team on special projects and seasonal initiatives
- Demonstrate proficiency with digital retail tools and systems
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Russian or Arabic (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years' prior experience as a sales assistant or in customer-facing retail roles
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and meticulous attention to product detail
- Strong empathetic communication and ability to engage customers of diverse nationalities
