The Sales Assistant supports customers throughout their shopping experience at the Intrend outlet, pursues sales targets, maintains merchandise and display areas, and contributes to team collaboration, digital adoption and sustainable development. This is a full-time role in Legnago.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout their shopping experience at the outlet, guiding them through purchases in line with company standards.
- Pursue and achieve the company’s required sales and turnover targets.
- Welcome and build relationships with customers in the assigned area.
- Collaborate with department colleagues.
- Maintain the order and care of merchandise on display and in the warehouse.
- Carry out duties and tasks assigned by department heads.
- Maintain personal appearance and grooming in line with company guidelines.
- Promote role-related learning through proactive, team-based and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities.
- Promote, adopt and develop digital technologies within the function for process management and interactions with internal and external business stakeholders.

- Keep the assigned display area tidy in accordance with company standards.
