Weekend Max Mara seeks part-time Sales Assistant for Florence Rinascente store. Fashion retail role with training, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within Max Mara Fashion Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling guidance to clients in a high-end retail environment
- Build relationships with customers through empathetic, personalized engagement and sophisticated product recommendations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance objectives
- Develop deep product knowledge through structured in-store and online training programmes
- Support retail team projects and contribute to collaborative, fashion-focused team culture
- Maintain awareness of digital tools and e-commerce initiatives relevant to the brand
Qualifications
- Fluent English language skills
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
- Passion for fashion styling and keen attention to detail
