Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and personalized styling advice to clients across diverse nationalities and preferences
- Develop product knowledge and master brand positioning through scheduled in-store and online training programmes
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through client relationship management
- Maintain visual standards and ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise throughout the retail environment
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage client transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with the retail team on seasonal projects and promotional initiatives
- Demonstrate genuine empathy and engagement with clients to cultivate lasting brand relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the apparel and fashion retail sector
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to connect with international clientele
- Strong attention to detail with evident passion for styling and fashion aesthetics
- Proven results-orientation with clear understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics
- Digital literacy and comfort with retail technology platforms
- Availability for weekend, shift, and holiday retail operations
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience in the apparel and fashion retail sector, with demonstrated success in client-facing retail environments and proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education (Diploma di Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado) or equivalent; formal fashion or retail training is advantageous but not mandatory.
