The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment whilst developing expertise across the Group's diverse portfolio of brands and collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage customers with empathy and professionalism across diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice aligned with current collections
- Collaborate on retail projects and visual merchandising initiatives
