Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a Sales Assistant for Pennyblack Assago. Part-time contract with benefits in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling consultations aligned with Pennyblack's luxury brand positioning
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge
- Manage transactions and maintain point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members on visual merchandising and store operations
- Build lasting client relationships through empathetic communication and personalised service
- Support retail projects and initiatives as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Prior retail or direct customer-facing experience
- Fluency in English (preferred); additional languages valued
- Strong styling sensibility and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments
