Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through empathetic and engaging interactions with clients of diverse nationalities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members on retail project initiatives and store operations
- Provide styling advice and product recommendations with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain digital awareness in supporting omnichannel retail operations
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation and store standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and styling
- Proactive energy and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in working within a fashion-focused team
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to connect authentically with clients
