Sales Assistant position at Weekend Max Mara Fiumicino Airport. Full-time, fixed-term contract (6–12 months). Retail sales experience and fluent English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver empathetic and engaging customer service to internationally diverse clientele
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Support retail operations and contribute to collaborative team-based projects

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years prior experience in clothing retail sales or direct customer-facing roles
- Fluent English language proficiency (mandatory)
