Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative styling advice and personalized customer service to international clients
- Develop and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across the Weekend Max Mara collection
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and client relationship management
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Participate in training and development programs to strengthen product expertise and sales techniques
