Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales and styling guidance to clients, embodying Marella's brand values and service philosophy
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a results-oriented approach to performance
- Manage merchandise replenishment, stock rotation, and visual merchandising displays according to corporate standards and store directives
