Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Managers in establishing turnover objectives based on store potential, competitive benchmarking, tourist flows, and consumer behaviour patterns
- Plan and deploy commercial KPIs by store, incorporating Retail Supervisor input and headquarters merchandising or marketing initiatives while adhering to governance calendars
- Oversee staff allocation against defined productivity objectives, optimizing labour costs and accounting for workload demands and store-specific constraints
- Verify alignment of Action and Workforce Plans from Store Managers and Retail Supervisors with assigned targets, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions
- Monitor store performance trends and provide strategic support to Store Managers and Retail Supervisors for plan reviews and objective adjustments
- Drive professional development through proactive, collaborative, and digitally-enabled learning initiatives focused on enhancing role effectiveness and operational innovation
- Champion sustainable business practices across environmental stewardship, operational processes, and organizational community engagement
- Leverage digital technologies to streamline process management and strengthen internal and external stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
- Fluency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis
