Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage retail supervisors across assigned markets to achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives aligned with company strategy

Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in retail management or equivalent supervisory role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Expertise in retail strategy implementation and tactical sales execution
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
