Marella seeks a Retail Coordinator to drive qualitative and quantitative performance across its retail network. This role reports to the Retail Manager and encompasses strategic assignment of sales objectives to retail supervisors, oversight of performance metrics with corrective action implementation, and cross-functional coordination of retail staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate 6-8 years of retail leadership experience, advanced analytical capabilities, and strong English language proficiency, with readiness to travel internationally.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage retail supervisors across assigned markets to achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives aligned with company strategy
- Assign and monitor sales targets for retail supervisors, proposing corrective actions when performance deviates from objectives
- Lead and motivate retail team members, providing onboarding support and identifying training needs to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales techniques
- Partner with the Retail Manager to execute retail strategy, overseeing supervision activities including performance analysis, diagnostics, and targeted interventions
- Gather and report structured feedback from retail locations through assigned supervisors, identifying market trends and operational challenges
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel assignments while maintaining compliance with company guidelines and performance standards
- Champion digital transformation within the retail function, implementing technology solutions for process optimization and stakeholder communication
- Promote sustainable development practices and corporate responsibility initiatives across retail operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in retail management or equivalent supervisory role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional retail teams across multiple locations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proficiency in performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Expertise in retail strategy implementation and tactical sales execution
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level minimum)
- Fluency in additional foreign language considered advantageous
