Role & Responsibilities
- Provide commercial support to the Retail Back Office Manager and execute store management tasks independently and in accordance with company guidelines
- Support the Manager in managing transversal commercial or interface projects with other departments, supervising their execution
- Draft reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to provide input to the commercial network and Retail Management
- Offer support to Retail Supervisors and Store Managers during personnel selection, from CV collection through application submissions
- Support the Manager in organizing and managing training plans for store staff, replanning objectives and actions as necessary
- Continuously update technical and professional knowledge according to management guidance
- Promote the development of role learning through proactive, team-based, and digital activities aimed at innovation and operational efficiency
- Adopt and promote operational and cultural actions for sustainable development, including environmental care and organizational community practices
- Promote and develop the use of digital technologies within the function for process management and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Humanities, Languages, or Economics degree
