Max Mara Sales Assistant, Milan Rinascente, part-time fixed-term contract with Chinese language requirement. Retail experience preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative styling and sales support to boutique guests, with particular emphasis on international clientele
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and customer relationship-building
- Maintain product knowledge and demonstrate expertise across Max Mara collections through ongoing training
- Execute visual merchandising and point-of-sale operations whilst maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation
- Engage with customers across digital and in-store channels, translating between Chinese and Italian/English as required
- Collaborate with the boutique team on retail projects and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese (mandatory)
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
- Passion for fashion and meticulous attention to styling detail
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Results-oriented mindset with proven track record of achieving sales objectives
- Comfort with digital tools and point-of-sale systems
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or direct customer service experience is preferred. Candidates from fashion retail environments or luxury goods sectors are particularly encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; fashion industry certification or styling training is advantageous but not mandatory.
