Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure continuous operational efficiency and maintain high aesthetic and architectural standards of assigned premises and infrastructure, including mechanical/HVAC, electrical, and special systems
  • Act as first-level technical contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and daily operational needs across regional branches and exhibition spaces
  • Manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities for properties, systems, and furnishings, coordinating internal and external resources
  • Directly monitor on-site work including civil works, maintenance, and setup activities, ensuring strict compliance with timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors, evaluate performance, supervise activities, and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Provide operational support to the Energy Manager in monitoring consumption patterns and verifying renewable energy installations
  • Oversee technical management and site preservation for Collezione Maramotti, supporting technical realization of temporary art exhibitions and events
  • Manage the waste supply chain including contract management, administrative load/unload registers, and FTAM/MUD compliance
  • Ensure technical, legal, cadastral, urban planning, and occupational health and safety compliance across all managed sites and vendor contracts
  • Manage accounts payable and invoicing workflows, work progress verification, and monthly accounting for facility cost centers via company systems
  • Support budgeting and economic governance by providing technical data, quotes, and forecasts for maintenance, capital investments, and technical purchasing
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, building plans, compliance records, and inventory registers within their area of competence

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and special/data network installations
  • Internal customer orientation and experience managing interfaces with branch managers, site directors, administration, and controlling departments
  • Technical problem-solving ability, pragmatism, and external contractor coordination experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory and health and safety compliance standards including DUVRI, construction site directives, and waste management regulations
  • Experience managing routine and extraordinary maintenance activities for diverse building systems
  • Familiarity with energy management and renewable energy installations
  • Understanding of waste management supply chain and Italian environmental compliance frameworks (FTAM/MUD)

Education
