The Media Planner supports the Media Manager and Media Coordinator by planning advertising campaigns, recommending channels based on historical analysis and KPI structures, and measuring campaign performance. The role also supports online and offline institutional communication and coordinates campaign setup and creative production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plans advertising campaigns and recommends suitable channels based on historical analyses and an ad hoc KPI structure.
  • Ensures media-planning activities comply with defined guidelines and the brand communication strategy.
  • Supports planning for institutional communication across online and offline channels, recommending options aligned with the communication strategy and available budget.
  • Manages, evaluates and measures channels to ensure online and offline communication plans meet required standards.
  • Supervises, monitors and measures media activity for each campaign to help achieve the expected objectives for the relevant brands.
  • Coordinates campaign setup and creative production in line with Brand Communication Manager guidelines to ensure brand-image consistency.
  • Promotes role-related learning through proactive, team-based and digital activities to foster innovation and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities.
  • Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies in process management and in relations with internal and external business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within a media agency or related industry sectors.
  • Operational knowledge of major advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads.
  • Strong ability to interpret campaign performance data and use Google Analytics 4 to generate actionable insights and structured reporting.
