The Junior Industrial Controller joins the Management Control Office for the Industrial Area, supporting cost and pricing analysis, seasonal and collection P&L, margin monitoring, profitability analysis, investment budgeting, and industrial planning. The position is full-time, with an annual gross salary range of €25,000–€28,000 under the applicable CDIV and Industry collective agreements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define industrial costs and average budget selling prices for each brand collection.
- Review and close sample costs, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual figures.
- Prepare and monitor seasonal P&L during budgeting and forecasting.
- Calculate selling prices and markups for individual styles, while monitoring margins.
- Monitor collection P&L and margins as sales progress.
- Analyze profitability and margins by client, collection, and commercial project.
- Plan budgets and analyze investment variances in communications, marketing, and design/styling.
- Prepare industrial simulations and strategic plans.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Some experience in similar roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Good English proficiency (B2 target).
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical and synthesis skills for reporting.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage stress.
- Curiosity and the ability to understand fashion-industry dynamics, including trends, seasonality, and global markets, beyond numerical data.
