The Junior Corporate Controller joins the Holding’s Management Control team, supporting economic performance monitoring, planning, budgeting and closing processes, KPI and variance analysis, reporting, and dashboard updates for centralized services provided to Group companies. The role initially focuses on technical closing and budgeting activities, with increasing responsibility for forecasts and scenario analysis; it is full-time, with an annual gross salary range of €25,000–€28,000 under the applicable CDIV and Industry collective agreements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assists with the seasonal and annual budgeting process for the parent company and/or subsidiaries.
  • Provides operational support for quarterly and annual management reporting close activities for the parent company and/or subsidiaries.
  • Monitors KPIs related to corporate services provided to subsidiaries.
  • Conducts variance analysis between actual results and budget, preparing related reports for management.
  • Helps streamline information flows between the holding company and subsidiaries to ensure data integrity.
  • Supports the preparation of ad hoc analyses requested by management.
  • Contributes to the implementation and updating of summary dashboards that provide an immediate view of business trends.
  • Monitors economic performance and manages planning processes, with a specific focus on centralized services provided by the holding company to Group companies.
  • Collects and periodically analyses economic and quantitative data, and prepares reports highlighting variances between expected and actual results to support timely, informed management decisions.
  • Initially focuses on the technical aspects of closing and budgeting processes, then takes on increasing responsibility for forecasts and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering, completed or in progress.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas and database management.
  • Good command of English, with a target level of B2.
  • Basic academic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, or Business Intelligence tools, is a plus.
