Weekend Max Mara seeks a proactive Sales Assistant to join its Turin retail team. The role offers a fixed-term contract of 6–12 months with exposure to luxury fashion retail operations, product knowledge development, and customer engagement strategies across a dynamic, fashion-focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultation and client engagement with empathy and professionalism
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer interaction and relationship building
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate inventory management
- Collaborate with team members on retail projects and seasonal campaigns
- Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and translate brand aesthetic into customer conversations
- Support store operations including merchandising standards and visual presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of verified sales experience in apparel or fashion retail
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated passion for styling, fashion aesthetics, and attention to detail

Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of professional sales experience in apparel retail or public-facing environments, with demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer excellence.
Education
Secondary education (liceo, scuola media superiore) or equivalent; professional fashion retail training or certifications in customer service and sales are advantageous.
