Max Mara Fashion Group Export Area Supervisor role in Reggio Emilia, supporting international sales and distribution development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Management in implementing market and customer strategies, developing market analyses and customer portfolios to shape the brand’s commercial plan.
- Lead the area sales team, including agents, importers and branches; set sales targets aligned with the commercial plan, define incentives and prepare corrective measures when needed.
- Track results and prepare periodic reports on activities and area performance, providing analysis to Commercial Management and the Brand Sales Supervisor.
- Analyse, evaluate and propose new business opportunities in target markets, maximising customer acquisition in close collaboration with B2B CRM.
- Manage customer portfolios and relationships across assigned geographical areas, directly or through local branches, developing and strengthening commercial partnerships.
- Manage the completion of franchising, selective distribution and other contracts in collaboration with the area paralegal office and General Counsel.
- Support the Sales Department in developing markets, customers, sales and portfolios, working independently when required.
- Support Sales Management in supervising the distribution network and customer portfolio, working autonomously when requested.
- Promote role-related learning through proactive, team-based and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics.
- Solid fashion-industry background and strong expertise in foreign markets.
- Professional working proficiency in English, minimum B2 level; working knowledge of French is a strong plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

3–6 years of proven experience in similar roles.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics.
