The Cybersecurity Intern supports Max Mara Fashion Group’s corporate cybersecurity projects, helping advance Cyber Defense towards AI-driven agentic management and contributing across the project lifecycle, from architectural assessment to experimental use-case implementation. The role includes researching AI agents, designing frameworks, developing playbooks, testing technologies, improving automation, and maintaining technical documentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the evolution of the Cyber Defense paradigm towards AI-driven agentic management.
- Support the project lifecycle, from assessment and architectural design through experimental implementation of use cases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by identifying gaps and opportunities and proposing technical, operational, or organizational solutions.
- Study available literature on AI agents and their application in Cyber Defense and incident management.
- Help define an architectural framework integrating AI agents into real operational workflows.
- Participate in developing playbooks and AI agents for specific use cases, including testing new technologies and validation.
- Help reduce manual activities by proposing automation tools and keeping technical documentation up to date within the area of responsibility.
- Promote role development and learning through self-directed, digital, and collaborative learning.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
- Customer-oriented approach to meeting service-level agreements (SLAs) and the needs of internal business stakeholders.
- Conceptual knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly local and wide area networks, servers, operating systems, and fundamental information security and protection concepts.
- Ability to participate actively in preventive or reactive problem diagnosis, responding promptly and analytically to issues and cybersecurity incidents.
- Strong aptitude for independent learning and cross-functional collaboration to improve the efficiency of assigned activities.
