Max Mara Fashion Group seeks a dynamic Corner Manager for its Weekend Max Mara corner at Rinascente Milano. The successful candidate will oversee sales maximization and team performance across the luxury apparel section, reporting to the Retail Supervisor and managing a team of in-store associates. This role combines strategic sales accountability with direct staff leadership and customer engagement within the premium fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of assigned quantitative and qualitative sales objectives and store productivity targets
- Optimize on-floor staffing levels to align with customer demand and market conditions
- Lead, motivate, and develop retail associates to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience
- Maintain team engagement and morale in collaboration with store management
- Promote and implement digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency and internal/external communications
- Ensure compliance with company retail standards and visual merchandising protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Corner Manager or Assistant Store Manager in luxury fashion retail
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a structured retail environment
- Strong capability in team leadership and human resources management
- Experience with digital tools and point-of-sale systems in retail operations
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Passion for fashion, styling, and detail orientation

3 years of apparel sales and retail team management experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion retail chains
Education
Secondary education (diploma); relevant retail management certifications preferred
