The Brand Communication Specialist at EMME translates brand strategy into aligned content and initiatives, oversees editorial and communication activity across assigned channels, and monitors the brand’s online, offline, and retail presence. The role also coordinates communication projects, reporting, digital tools, and sustainability-focused practices. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate the communication strategy into content and initiatives aligned with the brand’s mission, values, positioning, and visual and verbal identity.
  • Oversee the development, adaptation, and implementation of brand content and editorial activities across assigned channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and brand expression.
  • Monitor the brand’s representation across relevant online, offline, and retail contexts, identify opportunities for improvement, and support a coherent, recognizable brand experience.
  • Collaborate with the Manager in planning online and/or offline communication activities and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and verify the activities and services of collaborators and consultants involved in implementing communication initiatives.
  • Develop and propose innovative ideas and technical solutions to support the development and evolution of brand communication across managed channels.
  • Develop, update, and monitor office-related phenomena and processes through appropriate reporting tools, covering both internal activities and the market.
  • Manage the organization and implementation of the phases of communication initiatives in accordance with the quality, budget, and timing parameters defined by the plan.
  • Oversee office operational activities, including defining and updating editorial content for assigned channels.
  • Adopt and promote operational and cultural practices that support sustainable development, including care for the environment, business processes, and the organizational community.
  • Promote role-related training and learning through self-directed, digital, and collaborative learning activities focused on innovation and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of responsibilities.
  • Promote, adopt, and develop the use of digital technologies within the function for process management and interactions with internal and external business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of 2–3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, priority-management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English at B2/C1 level; knowledge of Spanish and/or French is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of digital and reporting tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills and experience with Canva or Figma are a plus.
