Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in sales maximization and achievement of retail objectives set by the regional direction
- Uphold brand identity and customer experience standards, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client loyalty
- Monitor store performance through continuous KPI analysis at both individual and store levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
